After almost making it through my "Firm" workout DVD without pauses (I did have to take a couple heart rate-lowering breaks toward the end ... sad), I decided to haul my sweaty self to the gym for a nice, hour-long interval walk, which yielded 4.25 miles. (This works pretty well as a calorie-burner; I walk for two minutes at a brisk pace, on an incline, then one minute even faster, on no incline).
