I set out at the beginning of the year hoping to accomplish a thousand miles of walking/running this year. I'm now aiming for 500. And I'll do it.

Shred, Day 6
is done. I'm considering taking a one-day break after Day 10. I almost took a break today, and afterward, I kinda wished I had ... it was a rough sprint to get ready for work and to get to the office in time ...
